What we collect

When you sign up for the 28 Day Reset or take the assessment, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. If you enroll in the Couples or Father & Son tracks, we also collect the name and email of the partner you invite, if you choose to provide it. If you take the assessment, we collect your responses. If you use the daily journal feature, your journal entries are stored and linked to a private, unique access code — they are not shared with anyone except a partner you've paired with in a shared track. If you request a session, we collect the contact and interest information you submit on that form.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver the daily email program, operate the journal and partner-pairing features, follow up on session requests, and maintain our client relationship records. Your information is stored in our database and may be added to our client relationship management system (HubSpot) so our team can respond to inquiries and track engagement with the program.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to operate this program: a database provider (Supabase) to store your information, an email delivery provider (Resend) to send the daily emails, and a CRM platform (HubSpot) to manage contacts. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Not a clinical service

The 28 Day Reset and its assessment are self-guided educational content, not therapy, counseling, or a clinical diagnostic service. If you are seeking clinical care, please reach out to us directly to schedule a session with a licensed provider.

Your choices

Every daily email includes an unsubscribe link. You can stop receiving emails at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email info@mypeacematters.com.

Children and young participants

The Young Adults track is intended for participants ages 17 and older. This program is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the program after changes means you accept the updated policy.
